By consent of the parties, review petition is disposed of by clarifying that the relief which is granted in terms of prayer clause (e) by an Order dated 14 March 2019 shall be confned to land admeasuring 12,593.13 Sq. Mtr. and corresponding survey numbers as set out in para 40 page 14 of the review petition and that the relief would not be applicable to land admeasuring 2557.01 Sq. Mtr. with reference to the survey numbers also setout in the said paragraph. Pg 1 of 2
