After this petition was heard for sometime, learned Counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of this application with liberty to file an appropriate application as and when necessary. 2.

It is informed that though this Court in the order dated 7 February 2019 has observed that the parties shall take steps to initiate proceedings within 90 days, it is submitted that at present as all the members of the society have vacated their premises and construction would be commenced, there is no need of the parties being immediately referred to arbitration.
