CORAM :- S. C. DHARMADHIKARI & R. I. CHAGLA, JJ.

DATED :- NOVEMBER 14, 2019 J.V.SALUNKE,PS

911-PIL.116.2012+1.doc P.C. :- 1.

The petitioners and their advocates both are absent. On this PIL and the writ petition, on 26th June, 2012, this court passed a detailed order. That detailed order takes note of the grievance and therefore, while refusing interim relief, this court has expressed an opinion on the main issue as well.

2.

To our mind, the petitioners and their advocates, realising that there are no interim orders, made further request to this court to take up the matters.

3.

By keeping the larger issue open for a decision in an appropriate case, the PIL petition as also the writ petition both are disposed of.
