This is an application for restoration of the petition that came to be dismissed by an order dated 15th March 2021. The reasons for not appearing are explained in paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 of the application. For reasons mentioned in the said application, the petition is restored. Ms. Gadre, counsel for respondent is pressing for cost. Applicants to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- as cost to respondent's advocates which amount shall be paid within two weeks from today. It is made clear that if the cost is not paid, the petition will stand dismissed without further reference to this Court.

Interim application accordingly stands disposed. Ms. Devkar, counsel for petitioners states that a copy of the petition will be served on respondent by tomorrow, i.e., 29th June 2021. Gauri Gaekwad
