The Indian Adoption Petition is in regard to male minor Shivansh Ramchandar Vemula. He was born on 24th October 2015 to Ramchandar Rajesham Vemula and Mrs Lavanya Ramchandar Vemula. The Petitioner, Dashrath Bitlunga aged 37 years is the brother-in-law of Ramchandar Rajesham Vemula. The Petitioner and his wife Vinita Dashrath Bitlunga (Vinita is Ramchandar's sister) have no children of their own after 10 years of marriage. The Petitioner works with Time Global Broadcasting Co Ltd and has monthly income or Rs.35,000/-. His wife is a housewife. 2nd May 2018

A home study report has been carried out. The Respondents are agreeable to the minor being taken in adoption by the Petitioner under the Hindu Adoption and Maintenance Act. 3.

Having regard to these circumstances and since I am satisfied that the adoption is manifestly in the interest of minor, I will allow the Petition. The Judge's Order is separately signed. (G. S. PATEL, J) 2nd May 2018
