The petitioners are aggrieved by the fact that during the pendency of their appeal before the Tribunal recovery proceedings were initiated by the revenue, especially when the order dated 16 October, 2000 has been stayed. The challenge by the petitioner before the appropriate authority and the appeal is pending. All reliefs including those claimed in the prayer clause of the writ petition can be claimed before the Tribunal as main or consequential reliefs.
