CORAM : S.C. GUPTE, J.

.

None for the Petitioner. The Petition seeks a temporary injunction pending an arbitration reference. By an order passed by this court on 11 December 2018, this court had made it clear that the main relief sought in the arbitration petition was a monetary claim. This court, accordingly, directed the Respondent, who was not represented on that day to file an affidavit giving true and faithful account in respect of the business made by the film "B.A. PASS". Since the only order that could have been passed in the matter thus stands complied with, there is nothing further to be done. It may not be out of place to mention here that the Petitioner has not initiated any arbitration proceedings. There is no application for constituting an arbitral tribunal. Accordingly nothing further needs to be done in the arbitration petition. The petition is disposed of. (S.C. GUPTE, J.)
