An identical application was disposed of on 16th December 2015 by Mr. Justice K.R. Shriram. There is no difference between that Application and the present one, except that the original Petitioners before the Court are different. The RespondentCompany is the same. The Applicant is the same. The premises in respect of which the application is made are the same. The relief sought is the same. The order too will be the same.

For the reasons set out in Mr. Justice Shriram's order dated 16th December 2015, the present Company Application is allowed. It is noted that the Official Liquidator has undertaken symbolic possession.

Mr. Panicker requests a clarification that symbolic possession may continue. No such clarification is possible in view of Mr. Justice Shriram's order dated 16th December 2015. 4.
