Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties and the following order is passed by consent :

(i) Pending the arbitration and passing of the award and for a period of 8 weeks thereafter, the Court Receiver, High Court, Bombay, is appointed Court Receiver in respect of the subject equipments being Exhibit T to the Petition. However, the Court Receiver shall only take symbolic possession of the said equipments Exhibit T to the Petition.

(ii)The Respondent No.3 shall in the meantime, not sell, alienate, encumber, part with possession and/or create third party rights in respect of the said equipments i.e. Exhibit T to the Petition.

(iii) The above Arbitration Petition is accordingly disposed off. ( S.J.KATHAWALLA, J. ) ssp 1/1
