The only issue pressed in this Petition is that the Appeal/Application dated 24 November 2014 in respect of the eligibility of the Petitioner be decided within a stipulated time framed. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner makes a statement on instructions that thus far, none of the structures in question have been vacated/demolished and the redevelopment has not started. In view of the above, the Petition is disposed of by passing the following order: i) The Respondent No.2 shall decide the Appeal/Application dated 24 November 2014 pertaining to the eligibility of the Petitioner on or before 15 June 2015.

ii) The statement of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner is recorded that the Petitioner shall appear before the Respondent No.2 Authority on 11 May 20015 at 11 a.m. with all relevant records. (A.A. SAYED, J.) katkam 1/1
