This is a petition filed under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (for short, "the Act"). The parties are before the Court by consent seeking extension of time for a period of six months for the arbitral proceedings to be concluded and for publishing an award. Already there are two extensions granted by this court by orders dated 6 August 2018 and 6 December 2018.

In the above circumstances and considering that the respondent has no objection, time to conclude the arbitral proceedings and publishing an award by the arbitrator, is extended for a further period of six months from 23 June 2019. Ordered accordingly. 4.
The arbitration petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
