Learned Counsel for the Respondent-Bank makes a 1 / 2 May 3, 2019
502-WPL-1492-19.doc statement that the Respondent-Bank shall not take physical possession of the Shop Nos. 17 and 18 (secured assets) until 31st May 2019.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner-ICICI Bank, on instructions of Mr. Raghunath K. Nishankar, Chief Manager, states that within a period of 10 days from today, the PetitionerICICI Bank shall pay to the Respondent-Bank a sum of Rs. 4,95,936/- (Rupees Four Lakh Ninety Five Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty Six only) towards the compensation for occupation for the aforesaid Shops and that the Petitioner-ICICI Bank shall vacate the said shop Nos. 17 and 18 by 31st May 2019.

We accept the statements of both the learned Counsel. The Petition to stand disposed of.
