Perused the Judge's Order and the Affidavit in support thereto. For reasons set out in the Judge's Order, the same is allowed and the Plaintiff is allowed to move the 1 st Defendant Vessel from P & V Channel to Darukhana and the same be beached there till further orders of this Court. 2.

The Owner of the Vessel shall be at liberty to make an appropriate application for shifting the Vessel from Darukhana to some other destination which shall be decided on its own merits.
