The report is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), which are reproduced hereunder :

"(a) Plaintiff may be directed to deposit a sum of Rs.3904/- towards cost, charges and expenses of Court Receiver as per final statement of account within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court with appropriate interest as Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper.

(b) Cost of this report may please be awarded in the sum of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only) and Plaintiffs be directed to pay in the office of the Court Receiver". 2.

The amount towards cost of this report is to be paid by the Plaintiff within a period of two weeks from the date of this order. 3.

The report is accordingly disposed of.
