Heard. The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Respondents are duly served.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that by this Chamber Summons, they are seeking permission to carry out amendment in the Writ Petition by placing on record certain documents as per the Schedule annexed of amendment.

13.136.19-chs.odt Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the affidavit in support of the Chamber Summons, we are satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Chamber Summons.

Hence, following order is passed:

a.

The Chamber Summons is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:

"(a) The Petitioners be allowed to carry out amendments in the Petition as per the Schedule annexed to this Chamber Summons."

b.

Amendment to be carried out on or before 18.01.2020, failing which the Chamber Summons shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.

c.

If the amendment is carried out within stipulated time as stated hereinabove, the Applicant to serve an amended copy of the Writ Petition on other side immediately thereafter and file an Affidavit of Service on or before 24.01.2020.

d.

The Chamber Summons stands disposed of accordingly.

e.

No order as to costs.
