Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. The orders dated 10th November 2017 and 5th February 2018 which are impugned in this petition amount to rejection of the applications made by the petitioner for grant of development permission.

Efficacious remedy is available to petitioner for challenging the orders by preferring an appeal under section 47 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966.

Accordingly, we decline to entertain this petition and the same is

oswpl1445 disposed of. However, the remedy of the petitioner is kept open. All contentions of the petitioner on merits are kept open.
