Accepted. All heirs have consented. Hence, proclamation dispensed with and the Petition is made returnable forthwith and taken up for hearing and final disposal.

The Petition seek a Legal Heirship Certificate under Section 2 of Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 in respect of one Suresh Krishnarao Wakodikar, who died intestate at Mumbai, where he was ordinarily resident, on 28th January 2018. A copy of his death certificate is annexed.

At the time of his death, the deceased lived at 6/120, MSEB Staff Quarters, Tata Power House, Borivali (East), Mumbai 400 066.

The deceased died without leaving a Will or testamentary writing.

The deceased was survived by two daughters and widow. One of the daughters is the Petitioner. The other two heirs have consented. The deceased's mother died before him on 22nd February 1987. There are no other legal heirs. 6.

The deceased worked as Lower Division Clerk with MSEDCL in Mumbai. The legal heirship certificate is required for applying for employment on compassionate ground. 7.

No other Petition for an heirship certificate, succession certificate, probate or letters of administration with or without Will annexed has been filed. There is no impediment to the grant of relief.

The petition is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) in favour of all the heirs mentioned in the Petition. 9.

Certificate to be issued expeditiously.
