Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties and the following order is passed by consent :

(i) The Competent Authority shall dispose off the Execution Application filed by the Applicants within a period of four weeks from the date of this order. (ii)All contentions of the parties are kept open. (iii)The parties shall appear before the Competent Authority on 14-01-2016 and after producing a copy of this order before the Competent Authority, they shall seek appropriate directions in the matter. The Competent Authority shall grant a week's time to the Plaintiff to file Affidavit-in-Reply to the Execution Application. (iv)In view of this order, the learned Advocate for the Applicants/Defendants seek to withdraw the Notice of Motion with liberty to file a ssp 1/2
