1] The limited relief sought by the Petitioner is for direction to Respondent No.2 to give opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner before taking any decision on the order/notice dated 6 July 2015 impugned in the petition.
2] Learned Counsel for Respondent No.2 submitted that as a matter of fact, the Petitioner has challenged the show cause notice dated 6 July 2015. He submitted that Respondent No.2 would take appropriate decision after giving an opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner. 3] In that view of the matter, we asked the learned Counsel for Respondent No.2 as to on what date Respondent No.2 would be able to hear the Petitioner.
