Subject to depositing the said amount, the Appeal is restored to file and the delay in filing the above Appeal is condoned. Office objections if any, raised in the Appeal shall be removed by the Advocate for the Appellant within a period of two weeks from today. 2.

The bank guarantees submitted by the Applicant which are not accepted by the Prothonotary and Senior Master shall be returned to them duly cancelled. 3.

Place the above Appeal for final hearing on 1 st October, 2021.
