Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties and the following order is passed by consent :

i.

Clause (a) of the Order dated 16th April, 2015 passed by the CLB shall be applicable only to the Respondent No. 2 before the CLB. ii.

The Appellant shall file its Affidavit in Reply on or before 6th May, 2015.

The Respondent shall file rejoinder if any on or before 10th May, 2015.

iv.

The CLB shall hear the parties on 12th May, 2015 and pass interim orders in the matter.
