Mr. Suresh Kumar, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner points out that the order impugned in the present petition is dated 4th September, 2015 passed by the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (the Tribunal). By the impugned order, the Tribunal granted a stay of recovery for a period of 6 months from 4th September, 2015. The period of 6 months has expired on 3rd March, 2016 Consequently, the impugned order is no longer in existence.
