This is a trademark infringement action. Learned Counsel for the Plaintiff and the Defendant who appeared in person through its Director Mohammed Afzal who is present in Court today, tender consent terms duly signed by the parties through their constituted attorney / authorized representative. The identity of the Director of the Defendant is verified by this Court after perusing "AADHAR CARD" submitted by the Director. The Defendant submits to a decree in terms of the consent terms. The consent terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The statements and undertakings contained therein are accepted. The suit is disposed of in terms of the consent terms. There shall be no order as to costs. Refund of court fees in accordance with the applicable rules.
