This Interim Application has been filed by the Applicant for seeking post grant amendment in respect of Grant of Letters of Administration dated 14.01.2022 issued by this Court. The rectification to the Schedule of Assets is required to be carried out. The rectification sought for by the Applicant is in the Schedule of Amendment at Exhibit "B" page No.13 of the Interim Application. 4.

I have perused the Interim Application.

For the reasons mentioned in the Interim Application, Interim Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) which read thus:- "(a) The Applicant/Petitioner may be permitted to amend Schedule No.I to the Petition as per Schedule of Amendment marked and annexed as Exhibit "B" hereto;

(b) Consequently, the Registry may be directed to amend the Schedule of Properties annexed to the Grant of Letters of Administration dated 14th January, 2022."

The Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Court is directed to accept the original grant for carrying out rectification as directed by this Court.

The rectification shall be carried out within a period of eight weeks from today.
