By consent, and at the request of the Petitioner, the matter is taken up today in the Court Vacation since the extant assignment continues in the following term.

The minor Ragini was born on 8th June 2014. One month later, the Ambad Police Station, Jalna took charge of her on 8th July 2014. After being admitted into a child care institution in Jalna she 11 May 2016

902-FAP-39-2016.DOC was transferred to the Bal Asha Trust, Mumbai on 8th August 2014. She has been declared free for adoption.

I have considered the Petition and its annexures. I have also seen the scrutiny report dated 5th May 2016 of Mr. Hareendran, Scrutiny Officer, ICSW. This is taken on record and marked "X1" for identification. The adoptive parents are from the United States. The adoptive father is in the real estate business. The adoptive mother is a part time freelance event co-ordinator. Their financial documents and the child care arrangement are in order. The parents have two sons.

Mr. Hareendran's report mentions that the latest HIV report of the minor needs to be submitted. The minor was first found to be HIV reactive. She was later found to be negative. Hence the further report. Mr. Kapoor for the Petitioner tenders a copy of the latest HIV report. It is taken on record and marked "X2" for identification.

The Petition is allowed. The Judge's Order is separately signed.
