None for the applicant. By this company application, the applicant seeks recall of the order dated 27th March, 2015 passed by this Court, dismissing the company application for want of prosecution.

I have perused the affidavit in support of the company application. It is stated in the affidavit in support that the learned 1/2

46-ca644-15 advocate, who was representing the applicant, was not keeping well and therefore was unable to attend the office on 27th March, 2015 due to high fever. The explanation given in the affidavit in support of the company application is accepted.

The company application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).

The Company Application (Lodging) No.136 of 2014 is restored to file. The objections, if any, shall be removed within two weeks from today, failing which the Company Application (Lodging) No.136 of 2014 to stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.

5.

If all the office objections are removed within the time prescribed, place the Company Application on board on 28th April, 2017. No order as to costs.
