When the plaintiff applied for ad-interim relief, the same was rejected vide order dated 4th August 2010. We are in 2016 and the apprehensions expressed in the affidavit in support then, when ad-interim relief was rejected is unaltered.

I, therefore, see no reason why the relief as sought in prayer clause (a) be granted. The notice of motion stands dismissed. The defendant has not filed any written statement. The suit, therefore, be transferred to the list of undefended suit. (K.R. SHRIRAM, J.) Shraddha Talekar PS 1/1
