The counsel for the respondent also agrees with the same.

The MOU dated 30th June, 2015 which is signed by the petitioner, the respondent and one BJN Hotels Limited is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

In view of the MOU, the counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition should there be a default in payment.
