Mr. Suresh Kumar states that the order impugned and the subsequent orders/notice be quashed and the matter be remanded for denovo consideration. Mr. Gandhi for petitioner has no objection. Therefore, the order dated 20th April, 2021 and the consequential orders/notice dated 20th April, 2021 are hereby quashed and set aside. The matter is remanded for denovo consideration and the concerned authority shall dispose the matter strictly in accordance with law including granting of personal hearing if requested for, within eight weeks from today. 2.
