Perused the order dated 20th August, 2003. The said order records that an efficacious and alternate remedy by way of an appeal under Section 47 of the Maharashtra Regional Town Planning Act, 1966 is available to the petitioner. Infact the petitioners were relegated to the said remedy under the said order.
