According to the Petitioner, the issue can be resolved with a direction to the Slum Rehabilitation Authority ("SRA") to decide the representation of 24th April 2023 from the Society. 2.

The SRA will decide that representation expeditiously and, in any event, before 25th April 2024.

As usual, Mr Surana appears for the Developer who has implemented the scheme. As usual, he demands notice. As usual, we direct that notice must be given by both SRA and by the Petitioner to Mr Surana.
