Both these Motions more or less dismiss themselves. Both are filed by third parties who claim to be tenants. They seek leave of this Court to deposit rent arrears in this Court and to allow - and now I am quoting - "whoever amongst the Plaintiffs or the Defendants are the landlords of the said tenanted premises to withdraw the monies deposited".

The Motions are filed in total ignorance of statutory restrictions, including as to jurisdiction. No such relief is possible. 3.
