This application is to condone the delay of 9 days in filing affidavit in support of the caveat.

I have considered the affidavit in support and also heard the counsel for the applicant. I am inclined to condone the delay. The chamber summons is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) and disposed accordingly.
