Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Respondents who on instructions of Shri Kishore Jagtap, Junior Engineer, 'A' Ward, who is present in Court states that the impugned notice dated 6th March, 2018 has been executed and implemented on 3rd April, 2018 by removing the exhaust aluminium chimney. We accept the said statement.
