DATE : SEPTEMBER 20, 2017 P.C.:- The grievance of the Petitioner is that though he has filed the revision / review application, Exhibit-G to the petition, before Respondent No.1 which is in in regard to the order dated January 29, 2016 and Exhibit-F dated September 23, 2016, but date, the revision / review has not been decided by Respondent No.1.

Learned counsel for respondent No.1, on instructions, submits that the revision / review will be decided on merits in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

In view of the aforesaid, without going into the merits of the matter and commenting upon the Petitioner's entitlement, we direct Respondent No.1 to decide the revision / review application, Exhibit-G as expeditiously as possible and preferably within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Till the revision / review is decided as aforesaid, no coercive steps be taken in terms of the impugned order. 4.

Petition is disposed of.
