Heard the learned counsels for the parties.

The learned counsels submit that though in the order dated 2nd February, 2022 it is recorded that "the counsel for the plaintiff sought leave to withdraw the suit", in fact, the suit was settled out of the Court pursuant to mediation.

With the consent of the counsels for the parties, (i) The second line in paragraph 1 "She seeks leave to withdraw the suit" stands deleted.

(ii) Clause (i) of paragraph 1 of the said order stands substituted as under:

"Suit disposed in accordance with the terms arrived at in the Vishal Parekar, P.A.

Rest of the order dated 2nd February, 2022 remains unalterted. 5.
