Parties and Advocates absent. The applicant has sought to raise the attachment levied upon the attached property. He claims that he has paid the consideration for the said premises though the premises was taken in the name of his father (judgment debtor). That contention has been considered even in a suit filed in the Bombay City Civil Court. The applicant has not shown his title to the attached premises. The applicant has not proved the consideration paid by him. The applicant would also have to show

For want of any such evidence ad-interim injunction has been refused on 12th March, 2014.

Nothing whatsoever has been shown for raising the attachment. The chamber summons is dismissed. 4.
