This Chamber Summons is taken out by original Defendant Nos.1 and 2 for amendment of the written statement in accordance with the schedule annexed to the chamber summons.

There are two companion cross suits filed by the Defendants herein against the Plaintiffs, namely, Suit Nos.849/2013 and 850/2013. The amendment in terms of the present schedule has already been allowed in the companion suits. Defendant Nos.1 and 2 seek similar amendments to their written statement in the cross suits herein.

The Chamber Summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). The amendments to be carried out within two weeks from today. All contentions of the parties are kept open.
