I have perused the affidavit in support and also heard the counsel to explain in detail which are the matters pending. I do not find any affidavit in opposition filed by the Office of the Official Liquidator.

Application allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).Prayer clause (a) reads as under :

(a) this Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant the leave under

RNG 2/2 24-ca48.18.cp37.12 section 446 (2) of the Companies Act to add the Official Liquidator as a party to the proceedings as stated in schedule annexed hereto."
