It is not in dispute that the arbitration agreement exist between the parties. Out of the three names suggested by the respondent, the applicant has agreed to appoint Mr.Anand P. Botre, a former Civil Judge Junior Division and Judicial Magistrate First Class as the sole arbitrator. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection if the applicant suggests the name of the said Mr.Anand P. Botre as a sole arbitrator even at this stage. Statement of both the learned counsel are accepted. Arbitration application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
