Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted a draft of the Judge's Order for sale of the flat No. 207, along with affidavit for the petitioner affirmed on 22.7.2023, affidavit of Pushpa Dave, affidavits of the petitioner, on behalf of the minors, namely Eshita and Vrutee, affirmed on 22.07.2023, draft copy of the sale deed, copy of the grant issued on 05.07.2023. There are some corrections in a draft which are suggested to be carried out, particularly, in a description of the property and first portion of the draft.

2. Furthermore, Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted another draft of the Judge's Order for sale of the flat No. 31, along with affidavit for the petitioner affirmed on 22.7.2023, affidavit of Pushpa Dave, affidavits of the petitioner, on behalf of the minors, namely Eshita and Vrutee, affirmed on 22.07.2023, draft copy of the sale deed, copy of the grant issued on 05.07.2023.
