As the purpose of this petition is going to be served by issuing an appropriate direction to the Corporation, we partly allow this petition and direct the respondent-MCGM to decide the representation dated 20.04.2019 filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law at the earliest and preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order of this Court.

Rule is made absolute in the above terms. No costs. 4.
