The learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner states that the additional water and sewerage charges for the premises under construction are already paid by them to the Respondent No. 1 Corporation. He states that no further amounts are due and payable to the Municipal Corporation. The learned Advocate for the Municipal Corporation, on instructions from Sub-Engineer Mr. Anil Rajaram Wandre, N Ward, states that as on date no additional water charges or sewarage charges are payable by the petitioner to the Municipal Corporation. The statement is accepted.
