Mr. Singh, learned standing counsel Revenue for the appellant submits on the basis of written instructions dated 23.09.2019 that Revenue would like to withdraw the appeal as the tax effect is less than Rs. 1 crore as prescribed by the Central Board of Direct Taxes in its instructions dated 08.08.2019.

In view of the above, this be placed on record and marked as 'Exhibit-X' for identification.
