The Minutes of Order are taken on record and marked 'X'-1' for identification. The Minutes are signed by the respective Advocates for the parties. A copy of the Minutes is handed over to the Advocate for Defendant No.1. The Suit between the Plaintiff and Defendant Nos.2 to 5 is also disposed of in terms of the Minutes of Order, marked 'X'-1'.
