The learned counsel appearing for the first and second respondents tenders an affidavit of Shri Anil Yadav, Deputy Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. The affidavit is filed on behalf of the first and second respondents. 2.

We accept the statements made in paragraph-2 of the said affidavit as statements made on behalf of the first and second respondents. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, on instructions, states that the petitioner will make necessary compliance as suggested in paragraph-3 of the affidavit of Shri Anil Yadav.
