Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the orders dated 6th & 8th May, 2015, the electricity supply has been restored. In the circumstances, learned counsel for the parties are agreed to the following order being passed:

(i) The matter before the Special Court shall be decided expeditiously.

WP (L) 1297-15.doc (ii) The Special Court would issue further directions insofar as the deposit which has been made in this Court by the petitioner pursuant to the orders dated 6th & 8th May, 2015.

(iii) Registry to invest the amount deposited by the petitioner in this Court in any Nationalized Bank initially for a period of one year.

The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
