This Company Appeal is placed on board for directions. The order passed by this Court on 27 July 2015 disposed of this appeal. By this order, a Valuer appointed by the Company Law Board in Company Application No.39 of 2009, was continued in terms of the order passed by the Company Law Board. This order has since been varied by consent of parties on 15 October 2015 by appointment of M/s. Natu & Phatak as Valuers in place and stead of the original Valuers appointed by the Company Law Board. The order of 27 July 2015 read with the order of 15 October, 2015 disposes of Company Appeal No.88 of 2014 and there is nothing for this Court to consider.
