CORAM :- S. C. DHARMADHIKARI & DR. SHALINI PHANSALKAR-JOSHI, JJ.

DATED :- JUNE 23, 2016 P.C. :- Now that an order has been passed by the concerned authority and copy of which has been placed on record on affidavit, we do not think that the writ petition should be kept pending. It is conceded that the order passed is appealable. Once an appeal lies against that order, then, it is before the appellate authority that all the grievances can be raised. The appellate authority can also be requested to pass an order of provisional release of the vehicles pending the decision of the appeal. Once the writ petition involves factual disputes, then, we do not wish to go into details. The writ petition is disposed of. (DR. SHALINI PHANSALKAR-JOSHI, J.) (S.C.DHARMADHIKARI, J.) J.V.Salunke,PA
