Learned counsel appearing for the parties have tendered a copy of the Roznama dated 30th October 2017 of the arbitral tribunal stating that the extension of time granted by the parties of six months is also expired on 29th October 2017. In view of this position, nothing survives in this petition filed under Section 14 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking termination of mandate of the learned arbitrator and is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
